It was a lovely Mothers day getaway with my Husband & son. Property was beautiful, rooms vey clean. Staff was so welcoming,,warm and friendly., The tasting rooms were fun. Received a complimentary wine tasting for my husband and I. A nice surprise. Had dinner at the restaurant on the property. Food was delicious and service was fabulous. Overall a wonderful stay at the Inn. We will be returning in October for another weekend. Thank you for the great service from all the staff at the Inn. 10/10

The best place to stay on Seneca Lake. The accommodations are great and the lakeside views are magnificent. Walk down to the shore and see the beautiful Glenora Falls and enjoy a tasting at the winery.

The view was amazing. The rooms were clean but need to be updated. The complimentary bottle of wine and free tasting coupon is great. The dining was very limited to 6 entrees with every other Thursday pasta night. We hit the off night. The server did not know the draft beer options and I believe there were only 4 or 5

The staff member spoke too rapidly and sneered during check-in, in a way that felt like a microaggression, leaving me feeling disregarded.

Most of the breakfast options are so unhealthy. Prepackaged processed pastries and instant oatmeal were nicely displayed but certainly not full of nutrition. Some protein source would be a nice addition. The fresh fruit was especially enjoyed. Coffee and tea selections were great.

Our recent stay her was nice. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were spacious and the cleaning staff visited daily and were great. The bathrooms were a bit dated and the continental breakfast was poor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Outstanding view of Seneca lake and vineyard
The hotel has an outstanding view of Seneca lake and Glenora vineyard. Every room has a deck or patio. Ours had a fireplace. Convenient walk to the tasting room and free tasting and bottle of wine with a room. Free Continental breakfast and they have a restaurant on site.

Beautiful location with gorgeous views of Seneca Lake. Room was super clean & 2nd floor rooms have a private balcony to view the lake. A complimentary bottle of Glenora wine was waitung for us in refrigerator, such a nice touch!

Nice facility, convenient to a number of wineries. Overall facility is good, but there is some minor deferred maintenance in the rooms that can be easily taken care of. I would not let that get in the way of staying there. And the wine is excellent!

Great view of the lake. Visited during the winter and it was quiet. Loved the complimentary bottle Of wine in the room and complimentary glass of sparkling wine from the front desk. We also got a complimentary wine tasting coupon. I didn’t visit the restaurant. All the staff were extremely professional, friendly and hospitable. There was an issue with the heat in our room and they fixed it immediately. Wish the tv could have come out more and be in the center of the beds. Our neighbors were noisy and their kids were running in the hallway and woke us up. Had to let the front desk know

My partner and I had a wonderful four night stay. View of Seneca Lake is unbeatable! Friendly, accommodating staff, very comfortable bed, great shower. In-house restaurant was also excellent. We will definitely book again!

Great setting on the lake. Customer Service was great. The only issue we had was that the heater was a boiler type heating and it was gurgling constantly the whole time we were there. Highly recommend this property, just not our room.
