This modern, well-equipped apartment is conveniently located near Central Dunedin and set up for a comfortable stay. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area offers ample space to relax, with a balcony overlooking the city. Downstairs are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with dual access, which serves as the main bathroom and ensuite for the master bedroom.

Situated in a private setting amongst other residential units on the cusp of a commercial area in Dunedin Central. We are set back of the street in an area that ensures you have peace and privacy, but are also on the doorstop of town, with reasonably easy walkable access to multiple local attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues.

The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.

Parking is available directly outside this unit, which makes access easy, however please be aware that the apartment is split across two levels, with entry / bedrooms / bathroom on the lower floor, and kitchen / living / balcony on the upper floor.

Walk into to the entry area to find stairs immediately to your right, and the bedrooms and bathroom slightly further beyond on this level.
Both bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a bathroom in between.
Up the stairs, you will enter into the kitchen, which leads into the dining and expansive living space, with a small patio at the far end.

A heat pump in the living area heats this space, with an additional heater in each bedroom.
