We were extremely disappointed in the condition of the property upon check-in. We found a large clump of hair in the bathtub drain, and it appeared that the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. The bath mats were quite dirty. The condo is run down and poorly lit, with flickering lighting in the hallway. We were left with only a half roll or toilet paper and paper towel, and could not find replacements. We learned afterward that supplies were kept in the a separate storage closet that we didnât know about. We were told that the condo had been updated in the last two years, but it has become very worn, with chipped paint, stains, and wall damage. Needless to say, we chose not to stay here as it did not come close to meeting our expectations.
