„Absolut empfehlenswert.Gerne wieder.“

„Brilliant communication from the host. Immaculate house in a quiet residential street. Had a driveway which fit our two cars comfortably. The house itself was beautiful. Stunning decor and attention to detail. Modern appliances and everything you need. Beds were super comfy with soft linen. The location was great as shops and retail park just a few minutes drive away, Durham was approx ten mins by car. The welcome booklet was so detailed it helped us lots. Would absolutely come stay here again, ...

„Kitchen was very sparsely equipped. Sofa in lounge was saggy and not comfortable to sit on. The water in the shower was very unpredictable as to temperature. One minute you were roasted and the next freezing. Do not park at back of the house as the wall is falling down and will take your car with it.“

„We were all really impressed with this property for the price it was really excellent value. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. The property is amazingly well supplied with everything you could need. It is close to the city centre, but also within easy reach of the beaches like Roker. It may not be the most picturesque part of Sunderland but the neighbours were also very pleasant and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again.“

„Great communication from owner, easy lockbox access when we turned up in the early hours. House was large with comfortable space for the four us. Nice and clean with nice shower after the show we had just played. Will definitely return“

„We had the most amazing weekend at The Barn in Oakenshaw for a hen do with 16 of us! It was the perfect place for a weekend full of laughs, dancing, prosecco, and making forever memories with the bride to be. It was cosy and welcoming but with loads of space for everyone to get together and enjoy all the hen do fun. Claire, the host was fantastic throughout, from the moment we booked there was great communication and she was always on hand if we needed anything, which made the whole trip so easy ...
