« Wow!! We LOVED this property! The view was amazing and the thought that went into every detail of the property was apparent from the finishings to the amenities! We especially loved the host sharing fresh farm eggs, homemade jam, berries, fresh baked cookies and even a hand made dish cloth. The monocular was an added bonus as we spotted an eagle minutes after arrival! Having a Blackstone to cook on was also a huge plus. We highly recommend this property! Thank you Marlun for being a great host! »

« Well equipped charming home. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet area - slept great! Appreciate the full size mirrors in each bedroom. Owner provided us with some fresh breakfast products that were very much appreciated. Plenty of towels, games, etc. We would definitely make the choice to stay here again if we return to Alaska. »

« This little tiny house is very comfortable and has everything you need. My family and I stay three nights, and would consider to stay there again. Although we never met the host, he was always on top of making sure that we had what we needed 😃 »

« Great cottage. Very clean. The property manager, Craig was very responsive. I highly recommend. »

« The place was super cute super clean great for what I needed it for the only thing is in the listing I was not aware that it was connected to other units but still have a great overall experience! »

« Overall very good stay just shy of excellent. There were a couple of minor details that weren't deal breakers but were minor annoyances - master bathroom outlet didn't work, ice maker in fridge didn't work, slight odor downstairs on day one. Laundry and dishwasher all worked and there was soap and detergent there already which was very nice. Like i said though this was a very good stay and i would not hesitate to stay again. »

« Yes, this is the place to enjoy your stay around Anchorage. Close to everything without the noise. Only advice is to make sure you have a SUV or something with good clearance as roads leading to property are more rural. »

« I was pleasantly impressed. It didn't look like a lot from the outside. Never judge a book by its cover! »

« Great place to stay and close to the airport. »

« The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. »

« It’s a small little bungalow perfect for a couple staying in Anchorage. »

"Pas des service, pas de frigo, pas insonorisé. Manque de pain pour le déjeuner. Chambre de bain ancienne avec bain et rideau. Pas de moustiquaire pour la porte patio donc on ne peut pas laisser la porte ouverte pour aérer. Système de chauffage/climatisation très bruyant. En résumé NON RECOMMANDABLE"

"La proximité avec l’aéroport d’une part et avec les activités sur Lake Hood d’autre part a été déterminante dans mon choix de cet hébergement. Le personnel était sympathique et arrangeant. Ma chambre était spacieuse, meublée modestement, draps et serviettes blancs et frais. Pour qui apprécie ce qui touche à l’aviation et à ses débuts en Alaska c’est le lieu incontournable. Le restaurant Pipers offre un grand choix de petits déjeuners et on peut consommer en terrasse en observant les mouvements des hydravions."

"We had a problem with arriving 04/13/2025. At four PM, the room was not ready. Later a first room was given but when coming in, it has not been cleaned. A second room was attributed but it was the same. Then a third room was given and it was update. This courtesy has been appreciated by my wife and me. Except that incident the stay in this hotel was perfect. "
