I was told by the host that someone would come and fix the problem, no one came. There are floor to ceiling windows in the main bedroom and the living room. „I checked into the hotel on October 22 after a long transatlantic flight. Doorman was very helpful, welcoming and the nice gentleman at the front office was equally friendly, professional and check in only took a few minutes. The room, pleasant and quietly located was on the twelfth floor and on top of that I got an upgrade and was lucky enough to stay in a corner suite which was as big as my apartment. „wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht um uns Toronto anzuschauen. Metrostation ist in weniger als 10 Geh-Minuten zu erreichen und das war auch der Grund unserer Auswahl. Tolles Frühstück. Die Matratze vom Schlafsofa für die Kinder war in unserer Suite durchgelegen, ansonsten ein gutes Hotel, wenn man den ganzen Tag in Toronto verbringen möchte. In der Nähe waren auch noch Walmart und Ikea. Würden wir jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.“

„Ein sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer haben eine ordentliche Größe und sind teilweise behindertengerecht (Zimmertür öffnet elektrisch). Neben dem Doppelbett, auch mit einem Zweisitzer-Sofa, einer kleinen Küche, Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Herd und einem großen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Kochgerätschaften sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Kaffee für die Kaffeemaschine wird wochentäglich aufgefüllt. Im Zimmer fehlen allerdings Kleiderhaken und Möbel, um die Kleidung unterzubringen, so ...

Access to public transportation is 10-15 minutes to walk (with kids) and the neighborhood probably reflects the current reality in cities like Toronto: drug addicts and homeless people. Would book again if back in Toronto.“

„Benefits of the hotel are a clean bedroom and free parking. Negatives include the breakfast (area way too small to accommodate all hotel guests, limited healthy options, some breakfast options consistently empty and not being refilled even 30mins before close). Also 2 elevators not sufficient for size of the building. Train station close to hotel not yet working, had to take the bus to Finch West to catch the train to downtown Toronto which increased the commute by an additional 30mins“
