« The lobby & rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly & helpful. Only 2 of 5 of the exercise machines were functional and the coffee maker was out of order at breakfast. The grounds were mowed but there were weeds growing in flower planters instead of flowers. Overall the good outweighed the bad but some small fixes would have made it a really good stay. »

« The hotel is incredibly clean but badly in need of updating, especially for the price. My bed was not at all comfortable, which is very confounding and disappointing as they have to know most guests are Mayo patients and need good rest more than most. Will not be returning; the Hyatt is only slightly more expensive and MUCH nicer »

« We stayed in a suite here for one night. The hotel was well maintained and the suite was really nice for us. Breakfast was good as well. Overall a good stay and would recommend this hotel to others. »

« I thought that the suite I stayed in was perfect! And I was able to cook a meal there, with all the amenities! The staff was super friendly and the room was fairly quiet even for a Fourth of July weekend!walk to the icecream store ! Delicious »

« Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets »

« The parking was great even it had a $15 fee per day. You park take elevator right to your room floor. Shuttle to Mayo made it easier for us. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was okay had better but it worked »

« The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night. The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, we woke up to bugs in the bathroom. We ended up killing about five of...
