« We were there on a hot/ humid day. The room was not only clean, but nice and cool when we arrived and remained that way all night. »

« The room smelled strongly of marijuana, very dirty, floor sticky, phone didn’t work, internet was very intermittent, and the air conditioner was very noisy. Staff at front desk were very nice. I’ve been here before but this time the room was very unacceptable. The older front desk staff member is excellent, very nice and caring!! »

« Very close with to Mayo Clinic with parking, yet reasonably priced. Which was our main priority. Only complaints were the loud AC unit, that we just unplugged while sleeping. And could not figure out what shows were playing on TV channels. Next time we will have to ask the front desk. »

« Staff were always friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool were a plus for me. Did not need to go outside for any of my appointments at Mayo Clinic. Easy access to everything. Lord Essex restaurant has a great breakfast. Highly recommend the Kahler Grand Hotel. »

« Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets »

« The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street. »

« Loved the space. The staff were great. I left my kindle and they were great about saving it for me to pick up on my trip back home. The breakfast was good. Would stay there again if I go back to Rochester. »
