„I hate to leave bad reviews but I’ve given the hotel multiple chances to make right. Our stay started our great but ended in a near death experience. Our tower caught fire and no alarms went off, thank god for my husbands quick thinking and calmness we evacuated after a super bad electrical fire.sadly the hotel had zero safety precautions in place and if it wasn’t for our own quick thinking we could have died. „The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. „The resort was OK, convenient, clean, and pretty. The staff was wonderful. There are better hotels in the area, especially if traveling with Kids. The biggest challenges were no breakfast buffet, and no easy, healthy choices, both of which are a dealbreaker when traveling with Kids. There are only two - pricey and nice - restaurants. Café doesn’t count as a legitimate breakfast or healthy lunch option. The other big letdown was the Kids club. It was just sad, my daughter didn’t want to stay or ...
