Hôtels avec spa à East Coast Road, Inde

« My in-laws had a wonderful stay at Sands Point. They really appreciated the staff for being so warm and helpful throughout their stay at the property. The breakfast made a fantastic start to their day to explore the city. The tea cakes/dessert were really delicious.Thank you for making their trip so relaxing and comforting. »

« Très bel hôtel, accueillant, confortable et accueil chaleureux. Tous les employés sont aimables et très professionnels. La nourriture était bonne mais sans plus. »

« Positive: The service staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Negative: Since the windows cannot be opened, the room often had an unpleasant smell and lacked proper ventilation. Improvement: The iPad provided to control the room and request services was sticky and not very responsive. In practice, we still had to call reception for most requests, which reduced its usefulness. »

« Nice and comfortable hotel mid way between Auroville and Pondicherry. 10 min walk to the beach. I had a great time there. I will gladly stay again. »

« Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean. Bathroom not great. »

« Cet hôtel présente une atmosphère vieillissante et une décoration dépassée, ce qui donne une impression peu accueillante. La clientèle est majoritairement composée de familles et de personnes âgées, sans présence de jeunes. En revanche, l'emplacement est un point positif, car il est bien situé près du centre-ville. Le petit déjeuner était froid et manquait de choix, avec des produits en rupture non remplacés. La piscine est agréable, mais l'absence de toit sur les transats est problématique en...

« If you can provide Room boy to get food, it will be good. »

« Mon séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Le personnel est agréable et est soucieux de savoir si tout se déroule bien. Juste un petit point négatif : l'hôtel est assez "sonore" et dès qu'il y a du monde, nous participons à la "fête" malgré nous. »

« Awesome rooms; very neat, clean and luxurious. Extremely nice staff. Very helpful and nice behaviour. However, pictures of rooms are mismatched with actual rooms. If you book a room based on pictures, you may get disappointed to see that the room you booked is different from what you saw in picture. »

« Although many of the staff were very friendly and courteous there were major red flags that made my stay uncomfortable. Such as an employee approaching me while I was alone at the pool claiming I owed $10000rupes for a gold investment. I did tell management. The cleanliness outside of my room was horrible unfortunately the video I took disappeared after I sent it to the LeMiami. My review was rejected. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and when I asked for more blankets to add I was...

« We had a pleasant comfortable stay. Shyam was best at hospitality. Must visit for a relaxing trip. »

« Property rooms are too compact »

« Nice hotel at this price range, only drowback is we won't get coffee/tea though we get good food. Parking is a big problem in pondicherry, however this hotel has some space to park the vehicle on road. »

« Even though I was three floors below the night club, I could hear the bass for several hours during the evening. Thankfully it stopped before midnight. »

« Room was cleaned regularly , staff friendly and prompt . Kumari madam extended great hospitality . »
