Hotel East Coast Road

« Wonderful stay »

« We had a very nice stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The manager, Vishnu, made sure that we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very spacious. A large sitting room contained a couch and two love seats and a tv and refrigerator. The bedroom also included a tv and small table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The pool was very nice in the garden outside. We were taken care of at this hotel and would happily return. »

« Rooms are very clean friendly and helpful staff. Location is very good. Food is very tasty. Overall excellent service. »

« The room was very good and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast provided was excellent and overall a very good stay for the price provided. I would definitely prefer next time »

« Positive: The service staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Negative: Since the windows cannot be opened, the room often had an unpleasant smell and lacked proper ventilation. Improvement: The iPad provided to control the room and request services was sticky and not very responsive. In practice, we still had to call reception for most requests, which reduced its usefulness. »
