« Over all a good place to stay. However the shower is not big enough and the shower head is in the wrong place. Difficult to have a proper shower. The place has very high humidity and the dehumidifier needs to be connected to a proper drain to run full time. »

« Lots of amenities. Owners very helpful in recommending local restaurants. Enjoyed finding mussels and sea glass on the little beach as well as the antics of the "rock" beavers. The heated pool was a plus. Absolutely wonderful views of the bay. »

« we stayed here for four nights with our family event in Halifax. we had a great time. the location is amazing with so much within walking distance but the house is quiet and shielded from outside noise. the history of the home is appealing but it has all the amenities we needed. it is on the second and third floor so you need to be able to do stairs. some of the things important to us: the bedrooms which had air conditioning (3/4) were very comfortable in the summer heat.
