„The place was very clean and welcoming. They had a cute amenities area and slippers and toiletries in the bathroom. The only issue we had was it was extremely hot and humid and only 1 bedroom had an AC unit. The ac unit in the living room was not doing a good job of cooling the place down. So just be aware if you’re arriving in the summer time, we spent all of our time in the one air conditioned bedroom to escape the heat.“

There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. „Our family rented this beautiful home for our daughter's wedding weekend. The photos in the listing don't do it justice! It is more spacious and more beautiful than we dreamed. We especially appreciated the extraordinarily comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen (including sharp knives, which is a rarity), and ample parking. The zoned heating system was especially appreciated for night time cooling while keeping the downstairs a bit warmer. The rooms even have window units to supplement AC ...

„It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive.“
