„The host was very communicative! Sadly, I made an error in my calendar so we had to miss our reservation but giving 5 stars for host’s communication.“

„Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. Unable to check in at 5pm due to an event we arrived at 1030p, she had given the wrong code for the lockbox. Did respond back with correct code. Entry via ...

„Keegan was a great host. The house is newer and fit our needs, perfectly. We only stayed one night but it would be a house we were certainly stay in again when we go skiing in NH. “

„Once I figured out what unit I was in it was fine. Management was communicating through text and I never saw email that gave me unit number. Should either include it in text messages or use just email.“

„Check in details were provided only a few days before our arrival and only after we reached out to inquire. Photos did not include exterior photos of the home so it wasn’t very easy to find, nor were the instructions clear that the “front door” is actually the second floor so instead we walked in to the unfinished basement (also not included in the photos) which made us concerned we were walking in to the wrong house! House was also not very clean unfortunately!“

„We enjoyed our stay and loved being on the lake. The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. I have never had that kind of trouble before. Also the 1000 damage deposit was not disclosed until after I booked the reservation. Overall the happy guest program felt like it was run by a bot, ...
