« I booked this room with the assumption that there was no carpeting, as the advertised pictures showed. All that was left was the "standard room" which I assume all still have carpeting but they upgraded rooms have the hard floors. I am not a germaphobe but this carpeting was pretty gross (as you can imagine carpeting at beach would be) and there was a wet and stained upholstered chair also in the room. « No staff on site to check us in. An envelope with instructions was left for us in the lobby (main door unlocked at ALL times). Found the room unlocked with the key hanging on the wall inside. The whole check in process is a security concern. The web site says free self-parking. There is street parking in front but limited to 3 hours. We called the management number. An operator answering the call tried to connect us to the management but got no answer. We left a message but never got a call or...
