« My group and I had another wonderful stay at the Bay Cottage! The space is sparkling clean when we arrived and the location cannot be beat. Tara is also very responsive and attentive which makes for an even better stay! »

« We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is pretty, cozy, and clean. The cove is lovely, but we could not use the kayaks because the weather did not cooperate. The house is located in a friendly neighborhood off route 6. We were not bothered by the sound of traffic at all and enjoyed the proximity to excellent restaurants and shops. »

« This was a waste of money. To begin with, the listing said beach access, so I spent more than I intended, thinking I could easily walk to water. There is NO beach access near this house. It was blatant false advertising, and the photos on the site were angled to look like a beach was nearby. There is no beach! I have some mobility issues and instead of a short walk, I ended up on town beaches where I had to walk a lot. This lie ruined my vacation.Also, there is a significant safety issue. ...

« Overall this was a good vacation rental.Please be aware! The heat is not whole-house, only the main living room and kitchen is heated via one heat vent in the corner. No bedrooms or bathroom are heated. While this is ideally a non-issue during the summer season, this rental is not good for year-round activities. Luckily the door to living room closed which helped keep us warm on the cold nights, but it was still cold as we slept in the living room each night. The heat was the only negative...
