« It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. « got to the property wasn’t given any code and was greeted by a gentleman to let us know the landlord is advertising illegally and has no intention of actually letting people stay who pay. It was a disaster and we had to find last minute alternative accommodation i would avoid this like the plague. « Walkable for us to many attractions although it would have been nice if some tourist information was included by the host. This could be provided from the Tourist Info booths. The room was not clean enough, much room for improvement there. Broken ornaments, sticky floor, torn material and squeaky stools. Appliances not cleaned properly. The bed was comfortable enough but the duvet was far too heavy. Carpet in the hallways leading to the room was very dirty. The dryer was grinding like crazy...
