Room 215 - trash in the bathroom, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 empty, 1 had 30 sheets, maybe (I have a picture); no washcloths no bath mat towel. two bath towels, so when done with showers used bath towel as a floor towel.

Room door, in an accessible room, was extremely hard to open.

TVs did not work in the whole hotel. Could not get free tv, netflix or Apple TV.
Slight Animal smell
In my opinion, this room should not be reservable. I wanted a room for 1 night. It was $220 - I wish I had reserved at any of the less expensive hotels, as while there may have been issues, it would have been around $100.
Room was quiet. And there were 6 hooks in the bathroom - most places have 1.
And yes, when I checked out, I listed all the problems and showed the pictures to McKenzie, as the Manager was not in (It was 8am). As it was a 3rd party reservation (they told me when I called to find out how to get the TV to work and was told most of the hotel's TVs had a problem) there was nothing they could do.
I have stayed at Hamptons before - never again.
For a national brand, I expect a certain standard, like toilet paper, a bathroom door that closes.
None of these issues alone is worth complaining about. But there were too many too ignore, especially the bathroom issues.
I have no complaints about the front desk, but they couldn't do anything.
