The Space:

Open floor plan with abundant natural light: alder cabinetry, stylish furnishings, and a well-appointed kitchen with wood cabinets, gray countertops, new stainless appliances, and a gas stove. The front room has big windows and a cozy electric fireplace; the deck is set up for sunset meals. Living room has Smart TVs, and there's an EV charger for the car.



Guest Access:

Full access to the condo plus the Moose Hollow community amenities: communal pool, hot tubs, gym, and game room. Your personal 4-digit door code arrives the day before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Moose Hollow in Eden — a true ski-in/ski-out condo community at the base of the mountains, built for year-round play. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes (shuttle stop adjacent), Snowbasin about 20, Nordic Valley about 10, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Downtown Ogden about 25; the Side Winder Trail is close for hiking and biking.



Getting Around:

A car is handy for Ogden Valley, with the Powder Mountain shuttle picking up right at the community. Free parking on site. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details. Pet policy available on request.
