Communicating with property owner is never a hassle. Close proximity to everything. Fishing/crabbing on the lake is great. We love this place and we’ll definitely keep coming back!"

"This was a beautiful place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, it is difficult to get to and from without having your own transportation. Le Pass is not reliable and neither is Uber. The shuttle is convenient, but expensive. This is the spot for quiet, good rest, and relaxation. "

"This house is a vacation heaven. We enjoyed it very much. Morning coffee by the water was so relaxing. We fished, swam in the pool, played games, explored Slidel, went to lake Pontchartrain and swamps. There is so much to do in the area and the house was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much, Rick for sharing your house with us. Loved every minute of it!"

"The home is large and had plenty of space for our family to spread out. The home is right on the water and has lovely views early in the morning. Would be nice to have some outdoor furniture to sit out and enjoy the sunrise. The kitchen has the basics: dishes, silverware, pots and pans, dishwasher, cups, coffee maker, etc. It was missing trash bags though. Through no fault of the owner, the water coming out of the faucet is less than ideal. I recommend picking up bottled water on your way in....

"Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood! Lots of space in the home with beautiful furnishings! I asked for a Christmas tree and the property managers decorated the home beautifully! Great communication for the Property Manager ! We loved our stay! 40 minutes to the French Quarter and Airport."

"The house was nice, coffee pot was broken so we had to door dash coffee every morning which was costly. And 2 people left things behind and I tried contacting host after we arrived home and he did not get back to us. He was helpful and easy to get in touch with leading up to our trip. And he allowed us to access the house early. Overall good place to stay. Neighborhood was nice. We did a lot of walking around, enjoying the weather and views."

"This rental was perfect. The house was very clean and tidy. The pier was great. We used the kayaks and they were so much fun! I wish the pool was heated but it isn’t advertised that it is so that’s ok. The kitchen is a cooks dream! It was a perfect quiet destination, but right around the corner from all the fun and partying! I will definitely be booking this rental again. It was just perfect for us."
