The staff at the front desk (Rami) was very gracious to offer me a 2-hour late checkout so that I can freshen up after my visit to Petra. That was very mich appreciated. »
« Property is just up the hilly road from the Petra visitor center which you can see from the location. Perfect stay if you have a car because there is parking and driving down to Petra visitor center / restaurant strip is a 1min drive. No need to even GPS it. The rooms were okay. The owner lives onsite and is very welcoming and accommodating. Would stay here again for the price! »

When we arrived around 6pm, the receptionist told us that our reservation was not confirmed by the hotel despite our confirmation number received by Hotels.com one month ago. They said that our confirmation number is not valid without their confirmation number. In reality, they just sold our room for a higher price. « Hotel is very close to the Petra Visitor Center and so a very ideal base for sightseeing in Petra.
Room rate came with free minibar (soft drinks and mineral water) and complimentary box of Arabic biscuits. Room has capdule coffee machine. The powerful rainfall shower is an added bonus.
Hotel has pool, sauna and steam room for relaxation.
