The staff at the front desk (Rami) was very gracious to offer me a 2-hour late checkout so that I can freshen up after my visit to Petra. That was very mich appreciated. »
« Hotel is very close to the Petra Visitor Center and so a very ideal base for sightseeing in Petra.
Room rate came with free minibar (soft drinks and mineral water) and complimentary box of Arabic biscuits. Room has capdule coffee machine. The powerful rainfall shower is an added bonus.
Hotel has pool, sauna and steam room for relaxation.
Staff were very professional and courteous to guests. »
« This hotel is practicing over booking. When we arrived around 6pm, the receptionist told us that our reservation was not confirmed by the hotel despite our confirmation number received by Hotels.com one month ago. They said that our confirmation number is not valid without their confirmation number. In reality, they just sold our room for a higher price. They just offered us a free buffet dinner and told us there is another hotel very far from Petra gate where we can get a room. As we were dead...
« Perfectly located, near Petra entry site and bus station. The hosts are very kind. Not the best place ever seen, but convenient for my needs. Rooftop in maintenance, so cannot enjoyed it. »

Les chambres sont petites et ancienne. Le confort y est en revanche.
LâhĂŽtel est dans le style oriental authentique mais manque dâun coup de fraĂźcheur.
La vue en revanche est incroyable depuis la terrasse de lâhĂŽtel.
