Do yourself a favor: choose another hotel. Like several other reviews mention — and I can confirm — this hotel is sadly neglected and in a miserable state: broken shower door, ripped-off moldings, broken sun loungers, etc. The list is long! Cleanliness is poor: I found someone else's hair on the sink counter and on my bed at check-in. Old band-aids lay around the pool area for two days. A half-eaten, rotting apple was decomposing among the flowers on the room balcony. The balconies are filthy, the public toilets are dirty — and on and on. It’s a shame, because the location is good and the view is beautiful, but everything else shows a blatant lack of care — especially for the price. The internet doesn’t work — the Wi-Fi is extremely slow. I emailed them before my arrival to organize my trip and an excursion, and they took more than 10 days to reply — an unreasonable delay for customer service. Getting to the hotel is dangerous, with a steep slope and a 180-degree turn. At least they offer valet parking for €30 per night. I chose this hotel last minute because it was the only one available with a room for three people. But don’t make the same mistake — avoid this hotel.

I have nothing but compliments about this hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. I arrived 2 hours before checking with my daughter and the arrange everything for the room to be ready. Room is huge and clean with every little attention, the pool and the outside is a big plus. Breakfast is really great too. About the location, before arriving I read some comments about how it’s difficult to go to downtown without a cab or uber.. That’s a lie! You have a bus stop at 120 m with a BRT5 who drive you to downtown in less than 20 mn and they have bus during the day every 15/20 mn. I used this line for the entire trip to go to downtown, other locations to take other line to go to Taormina ect.. My stay here was awesome and my daughter absolutely loved it. Thanks to the staff who was lovely and accommodating.
