« This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. « I have visited Laguna de Apoyo many times, and I’ve stayed at several different resorts. This one by far was my favorite. Peaceful, tranquil, and a great value. Beautiful natural area with good vibes. The attention to detail provided by the owner and the staff solidify my decision to stay here again the next time I visit the Lagoon. »

« Superbe vue et belle chambre. Très bruyant la nuit. Bruits dans la cuisine et les chambres sont directement à côté de la cuisine. Aboiements de chien et klaxons à partir de 4am. Bon Petit déjeuner. Il manque des ingrédients dans le repas décrits ( légumes et fruits). Le personnel est gentil, aidant et attentionné. »
