« A unique experience. Staying in a treehouse was very high on the novelty scale. Expect a slight slope in the floor, and don't forget to close the windows before you go to bed as the monkeys are sneaky and will steal any fruit that you leave on the dining table. A fun night.

« Das Hotel sollte Expedia aus dem Programm nehmen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, verstaubt. Das Bad riecht ĂŒbel. Kein warmes Wasser. Das fenster im Bad liess sich nicht schlieĂen, dadurch besteht die Gefahr dass Mosquitos ungehindert eindringen und das in den Tropen. Im Flur liegen tote Insekten, Kakerlaken. Insgesamt ist das gesamte hotel schmutzig und heruntergekommen auch wenn sich das Personal bemĂŒht. »

PoolomrÄdet var lidt slidt og kunne trÊnge til lidt opfriskning, men igen udsigten var meget flot der fra.
Personalet var meget venlig.

« Avoid this hotel at all cost. Room is infested with insects, bed bugs and mosquitos. We spent 1 hour just killing insects and sanitising the room before we could unpack. stained bed sheet and hot shower only lasted less than 10 mins and next day still no hot water, electricity supply was on and off at night, the worst was that the hotel manager did not even respond to our messages. In the hall way along the staircase, itâs full of dead wasps lying around. Also we found hair in our dinner...

« I showed up and they were not expecting us- the property had changed hands and the owner did not have access to the hotels.com account.
Then, they said we hadn't paid enough, that the rooms prices has increased, and instead of the two rooms we had booked and paid for, we would be given one. »
« Donât bother with this hotel. I had a paid booking but they refused to put me up, claiming that they didnât have a booking for me from Expedia. Refused to budge and threatened me with police action, so I had to stay somewhere else. »
« The homestay double booked my booking so I turned up and they had nowhere for me to stay. At 5pm I then had to try and find a room in Ella for the night, in peak season. Ended up staying in a dirty hotel as that was the only option left after 3 hours of searching, and got severely ill from the food there. My whole holiday was completely ruined thanks to Dimuthu homestay. Unbelievably unprofessional. DO NOT book here, it is not worth the risk. »
