Hôtel près de Eglise Saint-Pierre, Bedford, Bedford

« Great place although very quite a there is no onsite eating facilities. Breakfast is basic continental that you help your self to. And the staff are not there but good communication on phone »

« Expectations knocked out of the park and then some . It’s a beautiful place from the lovely living / working area to the large bathroom going upstairs to bed was an event with the lighting the copper bath tub just amazing »

« Ok for 1 night, a bit noisy with the road next to the hotel Breakfast time too late (7:30) and too long (30mins) to get served. »

« The hotel overall is excellent, clean and the decor is beautiful. However, there are two minor issues that hold it back. Firstly, not being able to change the temperature in the room was a problem for me, as it was too hot on both nights I stayed in the room. Secondly, I do not know what was going on in the restaurant on Saturday night but it was chaos. There were three tables around me, and myself, and all four orders were wrong. It also seemed a little like some serving staff were trying...

« Beautiful typical English hotel to spend one or two nights and enjoy nearby shops and restaurants. »

« My stay at Church End Cottage was absolutely fabulous I have to say that. A very cozy stay in this garden house place which I found to have very pleasant window views as well as a very clean and tidy interior. Absolutely a place I'd go back any time as well as happy to recommend it to anyone which likes rather rural and remote bed and breakfast stays. Speaking of breakfast, that was amazing, all home made. Just a gem! »

« Check in was the worst customer experience I have seen in many years. I arrived in front of the welcome desk, the lady was busy on her computer, she did not greet me, kept eyes on her screen for a few minutes. Another customer was waiting with me being totally ignored too and not being greeted too. Then the front desk lady looked at me and only asked “what’s the name ?” No “hello” no “sorry for the wait” no “how was your day today” only “what’s the name !” Clearly this person has not been...

« Nice place to recover during a business trip. Rooms are nice and confortable. Good choice of beer and food in the pub below. Very good breakfast! »

« Clean room - helpful and pleasant staff. However, although there was a car park it is super small (four cars max), therefore I had to park a 15-minute walk away in a public car park. »

« Friendly helpful staff. Lovely room. »

« Fast ev chargers »

« Mandip and Vijay were excellent. 10/10 Breakfast was outstanding Room plumbing needed adjustments taps in the sink and mixer taps in the shower/bath Room was beautiful. »
