„The property is beautiful, but our stay was deeply disappointing and, after approximately 40 years of travelling in Italy, the worst we have experienced there. The service was poor and the property felt disorganised. „There was minimal contact with staff and very few directions or instructions for room access and other hotel features. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lights in the hallways were almost always off. Had to use the mobile phone flashlight on one occasion.“

„-Très belle chambre moderne dans palais ancien. -Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.- -Excellent petit-déjeuner.“

„Very nice place, amazing view and easy to reach by. Lovely stay if you want to visit CAIAZZO The price is great for the experience, I gave 4 star instead of 5 due to the furniture bad shape“

„It was a great location for us as it was a short walk to the Caserta Reggia Palace. We had a wonderful day walking through the Palace. We then caught a bus to the top of the gardens and walked back down. Unfortunately the statues around the fountains were under renovation but it was still a good view.“

„Perfectly located next to the castle. Large and clean room. Breakfast included at local cafe/bar of good quality.“
