« Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

« The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful details. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. The location was perfect. The check in location was tricky to find- but if you go in the Meta Sky bar and all the way through to the back on the bar on the top floor you will find it.

« Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is cozy and conveniently located on the road leading to many tourist attractions. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The hotel offers easy access to the parking area, pool, and restaurant. Service was friendly and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, although not...
