« The temperature in my room was 17° and never went above 18° despite my request. So a fan was snoring all night. The shower was cold too. and the light was dim at night. I was afraid of crossing a polar bear! Location is great if you attend an event at Telford International. »

« Mattress on Bed not the most comfortable . Couldn’t understand how the tv worked to get normal channels . so instructions would’ve helpful . ( subtitles didn’t seem available on bbc player which we needed as we are both hearing impaired ) But everything else was ok as we were only staying for one night and the staff are helpful on check in and our room was ready early »

« Etablissement de qualité. Néanmoins, le service de table/bar n'est pas toujours à la hauteur. En effet, après la prise de la commande, on m'a fait attendre plus de 30 minutes avant de me faire servir mon lunch qui n'est jamais arrivé. J'ai dû quitter l'établissement sans prendre mon lunch. Pourtant la salle du déjeuner était vide! Enfin, sachez qu'on vous comptera 10 GBP de supplément pour un late check out de 2 heures à savoir jusqu'à 13h00 au lieu de 11h00. »

« I have been very disappointed by the service at the hotel. While there was no water in the hotel in the morning (not possible to take a shower) due to a breakdown, we have not been offered bottled water nor any compensations. »
