„Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! “

„Claudia was by far the greatest host you can ask for. From organizing our transportation from Medellin to delivering one of most romantic nights we as a couple had. Claudia organized an in house Chef (Juan) for an candle lit dinner underneath the stars. The food was amazing throughout our stay. The house is something from a movie and details were amazing. "Sehr schöne Anlage direkt am See Super Terrassen Abends wird ein Feuer gemacht auf der privaten Terrasse Freundliches Personal Hat Boots-Steg, man kann z.B. von Guatapé direkt mit dem Boot zurückfahren, ist etwa gleich teuer wie ein Taxi Negativ waren laute Musik in der Nacht (1AM) von einem Partyboot auf dem See und einmal von einem sehr lauten Rockkonzert in der Nähe bis 3AM am Morgen - schlafen unmöglich (das Hotel kann aber nichts dafür..)"
