« Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! »

« Claudia was by far the greatest host you can ask for. From organizing our transportation from Medellin to delivering one of most romantic nights we as a couple had. Claudia organized an in house Chef (Juan) for an candle lit dinner underneath the stars. The food was amazing throughout our stay. The house is something from a movie and details were amazing. The property has a dock just foot steps away from the house where you can do water activities or just hang out by the water. We would like to...

"SĂ©jour de 3 nuits Ă  GuatapĂ© ; hĂŽtel fantastique d'une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable avec chambre vue sur le rocher. L'extĂ©rieur, salle de restaurant, bar etc .... trĂšs bien entretenu ; petit dĂ©jeuner excellent. Nous avons mĂȘme diner, carte simple mais tellement bien prĂ©parĂ©. Et le personnel, d'une gentillesse et Ă  notre service. Vraiment MERCI. Pas prĂȘt d'oubliĂ© ce sĂ©jour .... "

"La habitaciĂłn no estaba para nada buena, las cortinas no funcionaban y tenĂ­amos mucha luz en los ojos, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionĂł, y echaba agua todo el tiempo que mojaba la cama, y era imposible dormir. el agua del Jacuzzi estaba sucia, habĂ­an muchos mosquitos en la habitaciĂłn y hormigas. No recomiendo este hotel para vacaciones."
