„What a spectacular stay we had in March 2026. Relaxing in your own pool after a long day exploring San Cristobal was a welcome treat. The place is spotless, the second bathroom is full. The taxi to the airport is ~5 minutes. I can't give a solid enough review for this place, and you should seriously consider booking it. You won't be disappointed. “

„Fantastic stay at Mainao Hotel!
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating—always greeting us with a smile. We booked 9 rooms, and every single one was clean, spacious, and very well equipped for short or longer stays, with plenty of drawers and storage to truly settle in.

„Ich bin von dem Hotel enttäuscht und kann die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Der Service ist im Hotel eine Katastrophe. Es ist nur morgens zum Frühstück überhaupt Personal vorhanden, und zwar nur eine Praktikantin und ein spanischsprechender Mitarbeiter. Sonst ist i.d.R. den ganzen Tag kein Personal vorhanden. Das Frühstück besteht aus labbrigen Croissants oder Brötchen, etwas Obst und im besten Fall Eier. Die Liegen am Pool sind unbequem und teilweise beschädigt. Es gibt z.B. keine ...
