Host communication with James from start to finish was excellent.Property on arrival had easy access with plenty of parking on adjacent streets. Easy to unload, load cars on arrival, departure datesHouse is in immaculate condition and served our group of 8 plus Mac the dog with ease.EVERY room was fantastic and cleanliness spot on.Pool room was an added bonus with lots of competitive family feuds had over the few days.Beds very comfy with all sleeping very well. Bunk beds in family room a big hit!Books and games for the kids(and the bigger kids) which also usedHopeman itself was great with ice-cream shops, Bootleggers restaurant, beach, harbour, and loads of areas to walk the dogShort trip to Lossiemouth and visited Harbour Lights for lunch(Amazing)Boys golfed at Moray Old Golf Course which was excellent as well as The hidden gem which was the 9 hole Covesea Links Golf - A must for all golfers! Don't drive past. 15 for 9 holes exceptional value and what great views as well as fantastic course.Defo be back to this property IF can get booked as brilliant value, location and the best family holidayThanks James and Becky
