Alisyn, thank you for staying with us. However, we find that you werent happy with your stay due to a few things. The rate you paid was for the room you received. We are in the process to remodel the kitchenette rooms, however, they will be larger and two rooms combined rooms, and the rates will way higher that you would pay for the single room. Our rooms are strictly non-smoking, having ashtrays outside the rooms is something we provide so the guests do not smoke inside the room. I DO NOT think the room renovation is cheap as it has better furniture than any hotels in town, and we know this because we ordered it. This place will not be rundown and cheap, you are just making an assumption, and it is unfair. We'd appreciate you take your business else where. Thank you.
