Loft 6 is a true one-bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Ellicottville: a king bedroom behind a door you can close, a separate living room with an electric fireplace, a complete kitchen, and a private full bath. You’re one block from the village’s restaurants and breweries and a 3-minute drive from Holiday Valley and HoliMont, with free on-site parking, fast WiFi, and your own heat and AC. Sleeps 2 — ideal for couples, solo travelers, or two skiers. Pet-friendly.

THE SPACE

Despite the name, this isn’t an open loft — it’s a proper one-bedroom apartment. It’s on the second floor, one flight up.

Bedroom: king bed with fresh linens and closet space.

Living room: comfortable couches, smart TV, electric fireplace, and a dedicated workspace with fast WiFi — easy to get real work done between ski runs or before dinner.

Kitchen: full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender, plus the cookware, dishes, and glassware to cook real meals. Kitchen island and a dining table.

Bathroom: private full bath with tub and shower, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, and starter soap.

Laundry: coin-operated washer and dryer in the building.

Climate: your own heating and air conditioning, independent of the other lofts, so you set the temperature. Iron and board, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

LOCATION

The Washington Lofts sit one block off Ellicottville’s main strip, in a walkable village in the Enchanted Mountains of Western New York. Step out the door and you’re a short stroll from independent restaurants, craft breweries (Ellicottville Brewing Company is a local favorite), cafes, boutiques, and bars — and the village’s festival calendar, from Fall Festival and Mardi Gras to Jazz & Blues Weekend and the Summer Music Festival, unfolds right outside.

Winter is peak season: Holiday Valley Resort and HoliMont Ski Area are a 3-minute drive, with skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and cross-country trails. In warmer months it’s hiking, mountain biking, golf (including Holiday Valley’s mountain course), and some of the best fall-foliage drives in the Northeast. Groceries, a pharmacy, and everyday essentials are a short drive away if you want to stock the kitchen.

ACCESS AND PARKING

The entire apartment is yours — private entrance, your own kitchen and bath, nothing shared with other guests. Check-in is self-service via keypad; we send your door code and step-by-step arrival instructions before you arrive, so you come and go on your own schedule. Free on-site parking is included. The Washington Lofts are eight private apartments at 38 Washington Street; you may pass other guests in the entry hallway, but inside Loft 6 it’s just you.

GOOD TO KNOW

Non-smoking: strictly no smoking, inside or in the entryways.
Pets: pets are welcome.
Noise: Madigan’s bar is next door, and live music and bass carry into the loft on Friday and Saturday nights until close. Weeknights are quiet. You’re also one block from the main strip of a lively village, so expect normal town sounds, especially on festival weekends.
Minimum stay: none — one night or an extended visit are both welcome.
