« The staff was super helpful and accommodating! There was a huge snowstorm coming in, and they made last-minute changes for me without question. They even gave us a late check-out since we had a gap between basketball games. I would definitely stay here again! »

« The front desk staff and the manager was rude, she would not even look at me while talking . I called in the morning they said my room was ready to check in. I arrived early and they said it wasn’t anymore so I had to wait in my car. I asked why nobody called to tell me it wasn’t ready anymore and the manager said “we don’t call people”.
