Ember & Fern | New Build w/ Hot Tub + Dry Sauna

- Ember & Fern is a non-smoking and pet friendly cabin. -

• Kitchen + Coffee: Fully equipped kitchen with a massive French-style refrigerator, pullout freezer drawer, built-in water and ice dispensers, dishwasher, cookware, dinnerware, and a large kitchen island for extra prep, serving, and casual dining. A Keurig is provided with K-Cups, creamer cups, sugar, and Splenda packs.

• Living Area: The living room is designed for easy downtime after a day in the Gorge, with comfortable sectional seating, an electric fireplace, Smart TV, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, and a twin pullout couch for additional sleeping.

• Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: King Bed + Smart TV + Ensuite Bathroom
- Bedroom 2: King Bed + Smart TV + Ensuite Bathroom
- Living Room: Twin Pullout Couch

• Bathrooms: Ember & Fern has 2 ensuite bathrooms, both with stand-up showers and single vanities. Please note that each bathroom is ensuite, so you will need to enter a bedroom to use a bathroom.

• Outdoor Living: Enjoy the wraparound deck with wooded views, private hot tub, a dry sauna, outdoor sectional, gas grill with provided propane, and peaceful wooded surroundings. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading to the back deck for easy hot tub access.

• Firepit Note: The firepit area includes seating and is located down the gravel hill from the cabin. Reaching it does require walking downhill.

• Starter Essentials: Fresh linens and towels are provided. We also include an Essential Starter Pack: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 3 dishwasher pods, 3 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, and 1 fresh sponge.

• Firewood + Grill: Propane is provided for the gas grill. Firewood is not provided at the cabin, but it is available for purchase at the gas station about a mile down the road. We encourage purchasing firewood locally to help prevent the spread of invasive species and protect our beautiful wooded areas.

• Parking + Access: Ember & Fern is located up a gravel hill with a flat gravel driveway and parking for up to 4 cars. The hill is not overly steep, and 2WD should be sufficient during normal weather conditions. 4WD is recommended during snow, ice, heavy rain, or other inclement weather.

• Direction Note: Ember & Fern is a brand-new build, so GPS may not recognize the address correctly or may route you in an odd way. We highly recommend using the dropped map pin and turn-by-turn directions provided before check-in.

• Pet Policy: Ember & Fern is dog-friendly with a $100 pet fee covering up to 2 dogs. Please make sure pets are selected at checkout so the appropriate pet fee is included with your reservation. Dogs must be crated if left alone inside the cabin.

• Security Camera Disclosure: There is a Ring camera located at the front door. The camera is exterior-facing only and does not view private interior spaces.

• Location: Ember & Fern is approximately 8 miles, or about a 12-minute drive, from Natural Bridge State Resort Park, keeping you close to hiking, climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, scenic overlooks, restaurants, shops, and all the Gorge has to offer.

- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in the area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year`s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
