« Our toilet did not work when arrived. We were told maintenance would come by and fix it. They not come until the following day. Also when asking for a room refresh, twice, housekeeping still did not come. We had to call the front desk for fresh towels at 10pm at night. Not the best experience. »

« Great price for a very decent and comfortable motel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location felt very safe. I was surprised at the size of the room - 2 double beds with good sized mini fridge and microwave with a small seating area. Another plus is that there are many amenities nearby. You can walk to Safeway and other dining options. Only caveat is that the TV was local channels only and I couldn’t stream anything. No big deal, I will definitely stay here again. »

I did ask for an extra pillow in a single queen bed-room (there were 3 pillows), and the owner would not give me one, saying they only offer 3 pillows in that room. Better customer service would have just been to give me the pillow.
