Der erste Eindruck war gut (mit dem Preis verglichen) aber les wir gegen Mittelmacht das Bett öffneten es war schrecklich!!! Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln

Very nice staff all security guards very respectful parking very safe just need to walk 30 seconds from double doors entrance to parking lot there is a construction side but nothing happens just get a little dirty shoes bed,pillows,bathroom very comfortable we stay 4 nights and we sleep very good there is a nice swimming pool and 3 jacuzzis that they get clean up every morning we will stay again in the future thanks everyone who’s work in this hotel very clean our room every day thanks again

Everything is very good on the pool area and inside the rooms, however, aisles to get to the rooms are in bad conditions, stains on the carpet floors, doors look old on the outside too

The remodeled rooms are wonderful. Bring earplugs for the drunken guest noise that starts after the bars close, but you get that everywhere in Ensenada.

There’s some remodeling and construction going on in the hotel and around the area but don’t let that fool you. The staff at the front desk was friendly, courteous and welcoming. Checking in was fast, the property is clean and the service at both, the bar/restaurant and casino was excellent. The hotel is less than a 5 min drive from the Malecón and dining areas. Parking is included and they have 24 hour security patrolling the lot. We opted to extend our stay and the front desk clerk was very accommodating and helped us process our request in no time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Property was okay, carpet throughout was really dirty. The toilet seat in my room was broken. The shower had mildew in the corners. The shampoo and conditioner pump in the shower did not work. The surrounding area was really unsafe looking next to a casino with sketchy people. Definitely would not go or visit without my husband.
