Hôtel près de Ermatinger House, Portland, Portland

« Chambre très propre »

« Excellent déjeuner, accueil courtois et rapide. Odeur d’humidité dans l’hôtel, tapis de la chambre aurait besoin d’être changé. »

« The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. All of the staff were wicked friendly. »

« Très bon rapport qualité prix »

« We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Our room smelled so clean and was wonderful when we entered. The staff was amazing, even when we had a problem with the key to our room one night. The continental breakfast was awesome! We had biscuits and gravy the first day and the biscuits were so soft. The next day we had roasted potatoes, sausage and eggs along with oatmeal. I loved the variety of toppings and how clean the breakfast area was. I appreciated the fact that there was a large waffle maker and...

« There weren’t any shampoo or conditioner products, so make sure you bring some. I’m glad I was prepared. Also, bring a hair dryer. The lady at the front desk was really nice and let me borrow a hair dryer. My main complaints are that one of the lights didn’t work in my room, the toilet was finicky and the grout in the shower looked dirty. I did love that they have a bench in the shower and a handheld sprayer. Oh, also the walls are really thin. There was a guest next to me and her dog woke me up...

« Great location clean »

« The air-conditioning unit put out a horrible smell. Like an old mildewing rancid smell when turned on. I could open the window about 2 inches (which I understand for safety purposes) but it did not alleviate the heat in the room. Plus at night the fans for the building were right underneath my window so it was loud. The front desk person was able to get a free standing fan, which helped, so I was appreciative of that. The bathroom had some serious wall gaps/holes, but fairly clean. In the...

« The hotel and property are pretty centralized with a Starbucks and Chick-fil-A across the street. Staff was friendly the few times we were interacting with them. Breakfast was good and clean as well as fresh. Room was clean and comfortable. »

« Was charged $20 for checking in 30 minutes early. This was never told to me until check in. My Wife called the night before to ask about early check in and they said no problem and did not mention a fee. The Hot Tub is lukewarm and the jets do not work. »

« Amazing breakfast, very clean room, helpful and kind staff »

« Tyler at the front desk was sent down on a golden chariot from the heavens and I cannot express how helpful and graceful this kind young man is. We traveled from the east coast for the pumpkin regatta and Tyler ensured we had a magical time by going above and beyond to meet the needs of guests like myself. I hope he runs this place one day. »

« Près de tout - Near everything »
