« This location was an overall amazing stay! Nice and quiet, with a very cozy atmosphere both inside and out. Along with the homeowner, Mrs. Janet, being super responsive and attentive during the entirety of my stay. The next time I come back to Erwin, I'll have to make sure I book this location for my next stay! »

« Our kids enjoyed staying here. Overall the cabin is well maintained, clean, and amply stocked with basics like soap and towels. Very pretty view from the deck. »

« We had a great stay at the cottage. Quaint details, like the Craftsman style framing, made the house charming. The neighborhood is great - you can see downtown easily and can walk to the local coffee shop and the famous Tipton’s biscuits! The beds were comfortable, nice crisp sheets, and a full kitchen- you could stay a few nights or a week or a month and have all you need. »

« The home and surrounding property were perfect for our stay in the mountains of North Carolina. The owners prepared a bouquet of fresh flowers and cookies for us upon our arrival, which was a very nice surprise hurricane Helene took out the stairs leading down to the creek, which made it a little more difficult than we anticipated to get down to the creek, but we found many other things to do, and there are many places in the area where you can access the water. I would highly recommend this...

« This was perfect for our trip. It was close to everything and plenty of room for the three of us. Sara and Marvin were great to work with and Sara even left muffins as a welcome which were delicious! I would definitely recommend and should we be back in Johnson City I will be booking here. »

« Very nice property. If you want private and beautiful location, this is it. Nearest town to buy groceries is Burnsville so get what you need before heading up to property. The only improvement I can think off would be to screen off that corner of the front porch where the bed is….I would have slept out there but scared a spider might get me! »

« It was quiet and very peaceful. The deer were out everywhere in the morning and evening. I would recommend for a slower pace of life. Great place to relax and rewind. »

« This is an immaculate small house that also has a big deck and lawn which looks out over a beautiful trout stream. Unfortunately I did not bring my fly rod with me because I didn’t read the listing carefully. The trout were rising all around! I was more focused on the location in the tri city area. The place is clean, well appointed and the owners live right next door. I highly recommend it. The photo is from the stream bank. »
