This 78 m² apartment is on the 4th floor of a modern residence with an elevator in Belval, with large windows on both sides that fill it with light. It sleeps up to four guests.

The open living and dining room has a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV and a dining table for four, with direct access to the balcony.

Step out onto the balcony for a morning coffee or some fresh air after a day at work or a concert.



🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen

The integrated kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery.



🛏️ Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements

Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed (160 cm), room-darkening shades and storage with hangers. Bed linen is provided.

The spacious bathroom has a shower, with towels, shampoo and a hair dryer provided.

The apartment is in Belval, a modern district in the south of Luxembourg built on a former steelworks site. The Rockhal concert hall, Belval Plaza shopping centre, cinemas, restaurants, the University of Luxembourg and many offices are within a few minutes' walk, and the preserved blast furnaces give the area its distinctive industrial character.



Getting Around:

Belval-Université train station is a few minutes' walk away, with direct trains to Luxembourg City, and buses stop nearby. Luxembourg Airport is around 30 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. A free parking space in the building's garage is included. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. You can use the lockbox to collect your keys.
