I had no communication until 30 minutes before check-in even though I tried to contact the host numerous times and had Expedia tried to contact them and couldn’t get a hold of him. There is no air-conditioning which sucked because it was hot. All they have is fans and the shower is so tiny. That is very hard to shower, but it’s in a great location. »

« Perfect spot for couples. Owner couldn't be nicer and is on-site in another house but separated so you have your privacy. Listing is accurate. Perfect size for two people. Great ambiance inside and out. Location is good as well on De Portola Rd which has the more casual, family-owned wineries. Loved our stay, highly recommended! »

The check in instructions said to enter the code which I did, and the lock appeared to open, but when I pressed in the thumb latch, the door would not open.
