We greatly enjoyed our stay. We were there for 10 nights, and had such a fun trip that we had a hard time doing all the fun things there were to do. The location is great - it took us about 40 minutes to get to most things in and around San Diego. It had plenty of room. The outdoor entertainment area was the highlight.

My grown children, their spouses, four grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, clean, kid-friendly, well-stocked and beautiful home for our mini-vacation and family wedding. The five bedrooms were perfect for our individual members/couples including the bunk room for the cousins. We appreciated the several safety gates, highchair, and plastic dishes for the little ones as well as the pack-n-play crib and box of toys. We were so busy visiting San Diego's zoo and safari we really did not get to utilize the game room. Although we only used the hot tub on a weekend afternoon for about an hour, as well as the unheated pool, the kids and one brave adult loved both. Our only issue was garbage left in the kitchen cans when we arrived, but we felt this was a simple oversight. Aside from that one tiny snag, our stay was truly delightful. I would highly recommend this property as it really met all our needs and the communication with the owner was easy and efficient.

Came to bring our Marine home and we were so lucky to find this home. There was a space for everyone and it felt like our home away from home. The few things we had pop up were swiftly dealt with by the property manager in an expedient and courteous manner. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This is a beautiful property that was ideal for its proximity to the Escondido wedding venue where our family member was getting married. I contacted the host about some dirty kitchen items that we had to clean in order to use rhe kitchen. They were very apologetic and indicated that they would address it with their cleaning staff. We also noted that the dryer is slow to dry items. All other items were wonderful and helped us have an exceptional experience in Escondido for the week.

This home is truly beautiful and worked very well for our group of 11. The backyard is really exceptional and stands out - it is the best part of the house! The kitchen was very well organized and stocked with all of the essentials. It was nice that there were already some basic cleaning supplies and we appreciated the quick responses from the host. This is a neighborhood and noise ordinances are strictly adhered to. Just a heads up! We really enjoyed this home and recommend it.

We had a family reunion/vacation. Did daily activities in San Diego and then spent the afternoons/evenings playing and resting at the house. The house was perfect for us. Everyone had a bed (which were super comfortable), the kids loved the pool, the adults loved the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and labeled which made everything easy to find. The host was super responsive and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this house for a great Southern Cali vacation!

Great Experience

The house accommodated our family of 13, ages 4 to 77 very comfortably. The game room was a hot spot for every age. The pool and spa were also a favorite spot. When we weren't at the house we were at Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, and the ocean. Those trips took between 30 and 60 minutes to get to depending on traffic. Communications with our host were great. Mo always responded quickly. When a couple items weren't at the house that were supposed to be there, he made sure we got those items as quickly as possible. The only thing I would say that needs to be fixed would be the entrance to the driveway. The bottom of our car scraped every time. I'm not sure how you would fix that. Most of our cars parked on the road.We would definitely stay here again.

This property was a great place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves. It was just right for all of us during the celebration of our son's wedding. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions for check-in and even assisting when we needed to find something or had trouble with something.

Great place and host

The house was what you’d expect from the listing and the host was super helpful and understanding. Backyard is a great environment and perfect for a getaway. But be warned when you read the rules and it says quiet hours at 9pm they mean it. We were by the fire talking at a normal level but got called in due to the neighbor. The next door neighbor is a someone to watch out for, around 10pm me and one other person were outside whispering and he yelled threatening to wake us up and proceeded to rev his engine at 6am to wake us up. All in all the place is amazing and so is the host just be aware that the quiet after 9 is very strict and the neighbor will ensure you follow it.

Overall good place

We had a big group of kids. We really enjoyed cooking for the whole family and eating outside and enjoying everyone’s company. Everything was great except the following: No music allowed at the pool. ??? No one allowed outside past 9pm. Cops came to the door because we were talking by the fire pit. Which contradicts the use of the fire pit. The sun went down at 8pm.
