« Very handy location close to where we needed to be in Chelmsford. Certainly more room that a budget hotel wih everything you need, including safe parking. »

« Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area. »

« Old Carriage House converted into a wonderful apartment. We loved the location of this stay. We were just a short walk down from Colchester Castle and High Street, where we could find a wide range of pubs, restaurants, and shops. The city centre train station was just a short walk away as well. Thank you to our host for the awesome check-in and also for the lift to the "other" train station for our trip back into London. If we are ever in the Colchester area again, we will definitely stay...

« Upon arriving at the property, I called the host asking for details on how to access the property. He claimed to have not been able to contact me as Expedia/Hotels.com didn't provide contact details - odd how every other hotel sends me multiple messages. He then asked for ID,something I've never been asked for in any previous check-in. I'd already paid to stay and wasn't hugely impressed by the host's attitude. I did say this was a bit of a shambles which seriously triggered him into shouting...

« DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. « If I could simply suggest more information on the property such as accesing Wifi, to working the complicated stove , the washing machine etc The location was excellent, but you need a little bible to explain the place. »
