« The most enjoyable encounter during this stay was our interaction with Michelle, manager of the breakfast cafe. Her service was excellent, and she was pleasant and attentive to our every need. The breakfast was delicious, the area was inviting. We greatly appreciated her service. Check in was good, as well, and check out also. The individuals on duty at the front desk on Friday and Saturday morning were cordial and informed us of everything we needed to know. Even the environmental services...

« I was checked in by Cameron who was so sweet and helpful! The room was much bigger than anticipated which was great and the bed was comfy. My only comment is that someone tried to enter my room in the morning without knocking… someone from maintenance which I had not asked for. That was annoying and I told the cleaning crew I wanted people to know before trying to come in and they apologized. They also gave me a sign to put on the door So I was not disturbed again. « Bon confort, cependant le divan-lit n'avait pas été nettoyé en dessous ni dans les cracks car nous avons trouvé un bas et du mangé et ce fût compliqué d'avoir des draps pour celui-ci. Pas eu de nouvelles serviettes ni débarbouillette pendant le séjour. Pour le restant, sensiblement bien. »
