« 12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. After 30 minutes of the alarm blasting everyone’s eardrums the fire department shows up. Instead of the employee explaining what happened he proceeds to ignore the FD, and guests that are also...

« Overall we had a really good stay outside of the hotel was a little sketchy however the inside was very nice and accommodating staff was really great and work out room was really nice. We had a couple of issues with the air conditioning but the staff was excellent at assisting and trying to rectify any issues we had. Overall it was a great stay! »

« Bon confort, cependant le divan-lit n'avait pas été nettoyé en dessous ni dans les cracks car nous avons trouvé un bas et du mangé et ce fût compliqué d'avoir des draps pour celui-ci. Pas eu de nouvelles serviettes ni débarbouillette pendant le séjour. Pour le restant, sensiblement bien. »

« Rooms are cleaned every other day. Our room was not cleaned on the first day that it was scheduled to be cleaned. On the day that the room was cleaned, we were left with one hand towel for two people in the room. Those towels are already very thin. »

« I was checked in by Cameron who was so sweet and helpful! The room was much bigger than anticipated which was great and the bed was comfy. My only comment is that someone tried to enter my room in the morning without knocking… someone from maintenance which I had not asked for. That was annoying and I told the cleaning crew I wanted people to know before trying to come in and they apologized. They also gave me a sign to put on the door So I was not disturbed again. « there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. Otherwise, the room was barren. The air-conditioner was pulled apart and and unplugged. When we went to plug it in the plug was awesome all apart and unsafe. We never tried the TV, but hung our clothes on it since there was nowhere else to hang them. There was yelling all through the night and dog...

« They advertise Norwood Inn has a Continental Breakfast. Staff said "we have no breakfast. First night I asked desk manager for another Barh Towel, told check back in morning after 8 am, "laundry room closed". room came with 1 towel for 2 people. After 2 nights I asked is somebody going to clean our room and replace our poor excuse for linens, told by desk manager, "it's only upon request". Bottom line they should be charging for the rooms by the hour due to activities witnessed, non stop. ...

« Nous y étions pour le Weekend du Indy500 et l'hôtel était plein mais il était facile d'y circuler, petit déjeuner compris les matins, bannières "Welcome Race Fans" dans le lobby pour nous accueuillir, la piscine quoi que petite était très appréciée.
