« Room appeared clean but I found a dirty sock under the pillows and the other sock was under the bed right by nightstand, they were from a previous occupant, I was also charged a separate 73 dollars for I don’t know what, still trying to figure that one out »

« The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not...

« We arrived about midnight. Over night staff Sandra, was very kind. Unfortunately I give a low rating because the room was showing very little cleanliness( tub, floors, gross markings on walls). The room curtains also had stains and holes. »
