The apartment is fully equipped for both short and extended stays. Its standout feature is the exceptionally large private terrace, where you can enjoy partial sea views overlooking the lush greenery and natural habitats of the zoo Selwo Aventura. From time to time, you can even spot and hear the wild animals. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, outdoor work, or relaxing with a glass of wine at sunset.



Guests also have access to a beautiful communal swimming pool with partial sea views. Located in the brand-new Vanian Views community, the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and perfect for a relaxing stay. As the area continues to develop, there is some construction nearby, but it is generally not noticeable from inside the apartment.



Free street parking is available just outside the community. A car is highly recommended, as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, but you'll be only a short drive from beaches, golf courses, charming towns, restaurants, and other attractions.

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
