« Overall the property looks great and we love the walking distance to the beach. We understand this community is still renovating and getting back on its feet from Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed our visit. The elevator is still not operational so be prepared to climb some steps with all your travel gear. The fire alarm kept going off in the adjacent building. These were the only negative points in our visit. »

« This is not our first stay in 803. There are the best views of the sunrise and sunsets! The condo has everything you need and very clean. Our host are the Best!! Loved the coffee bar this year. There was a water main break in Bonita Springs that affected us for a short amount of time but we had water before the evening was over. We enjoyed the pool and my husband loved the fishing in the bay. We visited Sanibel Island one day and a beach in Bonita Springs. Plenty of local restaurants and ice...

"Un cadre exceptionnel pour ce petit hôtel qui ne paye pas de mine ! Un petit havre de paix tropical et des chambres confortables, malgré cette odeur étrange d’humidité qui sont la marque de fabrique des hôtels de ce genre en Floride.. Très bien situé, parking gratuit. Petit dej froid très simple mais bien fourni. On y retournerai sans hésiter. "
