„We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for Father’s Day weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and perfectly prepared for us. The house features a large pool with a relaxing jacuzzi and a spacious lanai — perfect for enjoying Florida’s beautiful weather. One of our favorite parts was the waterfront view right in the backyard, where my dad was able to catch some fish. It made for the perfect, peaceful scenery. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. „The listing is accurate. The house was recently built and has a great modern design. Our favorite spots were the tiki hut on the dock, the kitchen and the pool with the screen enclosure. The owners communicated well and the house was very clean. The only opportunity for improvement is that it was missing a paddle for one of the kayaks. Overall awesome house. Highly recommended!“
