Beautiful property with everything you need to have a comfortable stay! Stunning mountain views (from inside or one of the many outdoor sitting areas), fully stocked kitchen for enjoying meals in, tons of movies and games. The whole group was enamored and already talking about going back!

Fantastic visit! Everything was very well arranged and just as pictured in the photos. The house was immaculate and very well located. There was room for all 7 of us, easy peasy. We enjoyed easy access to downtown Estes as well as RMNP. We were sad to leave and hope to go back some day!

The entire family enjoyed our stay. My parents liked that there were no stairs that they had to navigate and there were grab bars in the bathrooms, as they have mobility issues. Everyone loved the decks and the views. The proximity to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park was ideal for me. The house was well equipped with all the non-refrigerated items needed for cooking, and many of the things needed for spending time in the park. Access was easy and the place was quiet.

Magnificent View & Wonderful Stay

This is an Amazing Property with spectacular views. We had a great time and even enjoyed the game room. It was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday with the family. The home has a very well stocked kitchen, which is great if you want to cook. Everyone enjoyed the property and the close proximity to town. Great choice of a location to stay.

Fantastic space and views

Loved this property. We’ve stayed in a lot of properties - this one was the most fully stocked with everything you need. Extra towels, kitchen utensils, pot and pans, coffee. Clean. Amazing views overlooking Estes Park. We got to use the detached garage to keep the car overnight, which was appreciated when it snowed overnight. Leah was in contact with us with clear instructions, etc. Thank you for a great stay.

This was our favorite vrbo home! Great location, gorgeous views, lots of space. We had an issue with heat in one bedroom and service providers arrived very quickly and solved the problem. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return.

Even Better than expected

Bearadise is a fantastic home with lots of room inside and out. There is a newly remolded bedroom and an accessible bathroom that aren’t in the photos so everyone had their own full bathroom. We would stay here again in a heartbeat . The kitchen has everything you need and we cooked most days there. The beds were comfortable and there were games and dvds for the family to enjoy . We loved it! Thanks so much for a great autum visit!

Great place to stay!

We had a few college friend couples stay here this weekend and had a blast! Loved the pool downstairs, huge living area with a great view (especially for watching football), and a great kitchen for making meals for a group. Hoping to come back!

Rocky Mountain National Park Visit

Our stay at Bearadise was awesome! The view from the deck of Estes Park and the surrounding mountains is incredible. And we enjoyed grilling and cooking several meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The attention to detail on the decorations throughout adds an element of fun to every room.

Family celebration

My daughter lives in Colorado and has just had a baby, my wife and I plus her siblings flew from Europe to stay in this property for a few days, we loved the property, it is unique, the downstairs separate suite with a bedroom, bathroom and a pool table was fun, the master suite has extraordinary views and the rest of the space was terrific, kitchen was great and everything worked well, we had a fabulous time David

Perfect Girls Weekend!

We absolutely loved the location and privacy of this property and the views were fantastic. Plenty of room to spread out and gather together. The only negative was the quality of the twin beds in the room downstairs....better mattresses would be an improvement. Super well stocked, which we also appreciated.

Stunning Views & Location!

This house is truly amazing with panoramic views of downtown Estes Park, the Mountains, and a glimpse of Estes Lake! Beyond the views, the house is gorgeous, well appointed, beautifully furnished, and incredibly spacious. The huge gourmet kitchen begs for cooking family meals, and the wrap-around decks allow for soaking up plenty of fresh mountain air. The entire top floor is the stunning Master Suite, and the lower level is great for playing pool & video games. And unlike most properties around Estes, this property is extremely private and overlooks nothing but downtown Estes. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to visit again soon!
